Capital GM Goodwrench FAQ's
Should I book an appointment?We encourage all of our clients to make an appointment so we can be made aware of your concern as well as get you in and fixed up as soon as possible. You can call us at (306) 525-5211 and speak with a technician or "BOOK ONLINE". You do not, however, need an appointment for an oil change. Just drive on in!
Will my vehicle be worked on right at my appointment time?
The appointment time is the scheduled time for you to drop off your vehicle and speak with a service advisor about your service needs. We need to diagnose the needs of your vehicle as well as appoint our most capable technician.
Do you offer courtesy transportation?
We have 2 shuttles running from open to close that will take you back to work or home as well as pick you up when your service work is complete.
Do you have a comfortable service lounge?
We have many comfortable sitting areas with flat screen TVs, current newspapers and magazines, as well as Wi-Fi connectivity. Fresh coffee is always brewing and delicious popcorn is always popping. We also have the 'Capital Canteen' upstairs with vending machines that sell fresh salads, sandwiches and desserts if you will be staying with us over lunch.
Can I drop off my vehicle when the service department is closed?
Yes, we have an after hours drop off box located right beside our drive in service doors on the Northwest side of the building. Inside the drop box is an envelope for your keys and a pen to write down your name, contact information, and what attention your vehicle may need.
